"The cool, long season in '21 has produced wines with even more elegance than usual, as anyone who's tasted the recently released red wines can attest. Blan 5-7 this year is as delicate as it has ever been, reaching just 10.5% abv and the fruit being a little more restrained and less golden than is the norm. We love this for it's energy, for it's freshness despite the ripe acidity and for its perfect little kiss of salinity.
