"My first visit with Amelie & Alex was in February 2020. This young couple, sommeliers with extensive experience in three Michelin star restaurants, have a deep interest and connection to farming and winemaking in a rapidly changing climate. Practicing biodynamic farming, they also incorporate agroforestry, their focus being biodiversity and the health of the soil, they began their project in 2018 With a hectare of vines over several plots, they complement their estate wines with negoc fruit, working closely with growers whom work in biodynamics.

The one wine we have available for you, Nyiramachabelli is the Swahili name of Dian Fossey, “the woman who lives alone in the forest”. One euro from every bottle of Negoc wine is donated to a charity, in this case the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund. Amelie & Alex’s production is just a few thousand bottles, which in time will grow.
