Good wine from our good friend Harry who you might recognise from Porcine. "Organic Chardonnay grapes grown by Rosnay in Canowindra. Destemmed then macerated on skins for 2 weeks in stainless steel. Gently pushed down twice a day then basket pressed into old oak. In barrel for 1 year. 600 bottles made."
