A slight majority McLaren Vale Semillon with a light wild and oxy twist adding a more savoury edge alongside the fruit driven Adelaide Hills Sauvignon expression.

Attractive yellow orange colour. The nose is a lot more savoury than the highly aromatic 100% Sauvignon last year. Orange and lemon rind, persimmon, sour yellow plum, white spice and a little dried herb. Thickly textured with a sweet juicy flood of orange fruits with background jalapeno. Softer acidity but fine grainy tannins adding the dryness to the sweet saline finish.

Renowned importer and industry favourite Tim Stock also makes some seriously good wine. Working out of the Commune of Buttons shed in the Basket Range, Tim strives to produce savoury, terroir-driven wines that speak of place.
