"Skin-contact Sémillon, 2 weeks on skins, then old French barrels for 9 months élevage, rested in the bottle for another 6 months, and now ready for the world. Tight, takes a few seconds to open up, then thrives into quince, crème fraiche, slight oaky tones (despite the barrels being over 10 years old), obligatory white flowers and lemon rind. Salivary glands might get a workout. Sadly, last Sémillon from us for now!" - Alex & Galit
