All the Riverland grapes were crushed and co-fermented in an open-top concrete vat in a spicy field blend. The year's vintage temperature was hot hot hot, so we had to snap to it for picking as that baúme climbed! This wine is a dangerously light, smooth and skinsy flavour bomb. Notes of ginger, hazelnut, lemon zest and agave.
