50:50 Riesling/ Arinto. A true Fin / Boxgrove collab. Riesling grown by us and the Arinto by Sarah. On skins for 3 weeks. Super aromatic. Oxidative. Textural masterpiece.
Massively floral; frangipanani and sweet peas. The palate full and extensive. Zero gaps. Mildly tropical; think lycees, mangosteen and guava. Juicy ripe peaces. Underlying all this you get a touch of salinity; a sea breeze, sat on a cliff looking over the ocean kinda vibe.
A fermentation collective of Jonjo (Cre), Oliver (Cre & Adam's Evening) and Angus (Medlar Food Collective) based in Wurundjeri Country (Dixons Creek, Yarra Valley). Minimal intervention, wild fermentation, no fancy winemaking - just fresh, fun and drinkable.
