Our innovation team has stepped out of the echo chamber to explore bold new ingredients and techniques for this experimental NEIPA. The goal? To push the boundaries of hop oil conversion during fermentation, amplifying haze and enhancing the citrus flavours in a hop-forward blend of Mosaic, Citra, Centennial, Motueka, and Southern Cross.
We've ramped up the whirlpool hop addition, selecting varieties rich in the specific oils we’re targeting for maximum impact during fermentation. To top it off, we're using a cutting-edge hybrid yeast strain designed to boost biotransformation and bring out even more flavour intensity
