Here we have a collaboration with our neighbour - Bracket Brewing from our local area Alexandria, NSW. A DIPA with everything you would love from two breweries who are as passionate about making IPA. A true collaboration and combination of vetted learnings, late-night hazy note taking, and hear-say rumours that we have always wanted to try. We feel this double IPA blurs the lines of experimental and expertly crafted suds. An equal focus on yeast expression and hop character, a tightrope of flavour, bitterness and balance, with a cloudy, cushion-like body. Here's to beer, friendship, and a sky popping DIPA!

A true collaboration and combination of vetted learnings, late-night hazy note taking and hear-say rumours that we have always wanted to try. Blurring the lines of experimental and expertly crafted suds, this Double IPA shows an equal focus on yeast expression and hop character. Bracket convinced us on a hop we were weary on - Idaho 7™- and we sold them on a new grain we're using as a non-negotiable. With water profile locked in, total agreement on yeast strain and a spin through Clean Fusion, the resulting DIPA walks a tightrope of flavour, bitterness and balance with a cloudy cushiony body and distinct passionfruit hit.⁠
