Boost Joose is a brand spanking new hazy IPA we've brewed to help launch Yakima Chief Hops' new range of Hyper Boost products. We were chosen as the Australian brewery to be a part of a global collaboration with a bunch of our industry peers. Hyper Boost is a flowable hop extract that enhances both aroma and flavour in an extremely concentrated volume.

So what about the beer?! Well we've loaded this baby up with a whole truckload of hops. We started with a whirlpool addition of Idaho 7 and Mosaic HyperBoost, then bombed it with Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra HyperBoost, Mosaic Cryo and Mosaic HyperBoost. Damn, that's a lot of hops and you can certainly taste it. Boost Joose pours a deep hazy appearance with a stunning light yellow colour with a bright white foam that's fluffy like a cloud. On the nose we're getting bursting aromas that are dominated by creamy passionfruit and orange citrus. Take a sip and your palate will be saturdated with fresh HyperBoost oily hop intensity, but in the juiciest and softest way possible. Tantalizing notes of orange starburst, tangerine, succulent passionfruit and fleshy fresh mango, with hints of blueberry and guava rounding things out. The mouthfeel is oh-so-soft, carrying through the juicy hop notes to perfection. The finish is beautifully light and crushable, which is ridiculous considering the joose within.
