Long Gone is a brand new, and our first for a while, West Coast Double IPA. We've gone big, resinous and sticky for this one. A big sticky dry hop of lupulin filled Simcoe, Centennial, Chinook and Vic Secret bring on an onslaught of dank, resinous citrus, with a pithy and mouth-coating bitterness, which while being palate coating, still manages to not be palate destroying. A hit of pine and candied pineapple round out the back end to leave a pleasant bitterness behind. This one is big and packs a punch, a superb drop for those that dig an old-school Westy.
