A continuation in our quest for things clear and hoppy, we built this brew on a lean malt base of pilsner malt and malted oats. This is a pale beer and we are so happy by the amount of flavour coming out of such a light coloured ale! This beer has awesome new-world hop character thanks to bodacious additions of Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Triumph, Mosaic Lupomax, Eukanot and Idaho-7 hops. Expect fruity flavours and supportive underlying bitterness.
