Naturally fermented over 6 months. Highly aromatic wild foraged Native Anise myrtle leaves are dried, ground and mixed in for their distinctively sweet anise flavours.
Complexity and depth is brought to the party through lightly roasted Native Wattleseed - with its incredible coffee, chocolate and hazelnut aromas. Add organic Australian honey - and this trio of ingredients makes for the most incredible sweet-yet-savoury, special moment miso.
Use as a base for caramels, glazes, or to dress anything that will be kissed with a flame.
