Trousseau from Côtes du Jura, medium bodied, fills the glass and erupts like smashing a terracotta pot full of soil. A garland of plums, strawberries, little pockets of red and pink flowers, mushrooms growing up between them after a heavy day of rain. Yielding yet unrelenting, a wine you want to wrap around you like a shawl.

Domaine Courbet was founded in 1896 and consists of just 7.5 hectares, half of which are in the prestigious Château Chalon appellation. making small quantities of immaculate wines in a fine elegant style, very focused on terroir, with a technical yet light touch approach to his winemaking that brings out the maximum expression of the region and its varieties.
