"Light red dominates all. Looks like a glowing ruby gemstone in the glass. Pomegranate, white plums and crunchy red apples. You can drink it at room temp or you can chill it cos hell is hot as hell, boss.
The second incarnation of our Grenache Noir from Heathcote. Last time is was MENACE, if you can cast your mind back, but this time we went with a bit of direct pressed juice in there too. It's a little riper this time, but the shorter and lighter maceration lifts it up even higher than last years. Jam packed with POOL character, energetic and fresh, a well incorporated volatility lift to brighten it up even further".
