"The Jumping Juice Sunset evokes a warm summers’ evening at the beach, watching the sun slowly sink below the horizon. It’s fresh and a little salty with a breath-taking structure. More textural than a rosé and brighter than an orange wine, it sings with flavours of rose, raspberries and guava, a touch of green herbs and saline minerality. The 2022 hails from a single estate in the Alpine Valley, where amazing old-vine pinot gris grows." - Pat & Xavier

Both Patrick and Xavier consider themselves ‘vineyard’ guys before winemakers, and they wanted the exchange between winemaker and farmer to be at the heart of Jumping Juice. It manifests in honest farming, with a deep respect for the nuances and rhythms of the site, along with the ongoing quest for inherent drinkability that the duo consider a central tenet in their wines.
