WHIP WINES is the middle of my winemaking journey. After making wine under the CCCCC for six years which has been an incredible education I felt it was time for a change, time to allow winemaking processes to change. In 2023 myself and Jean-Baptist started to rent a winery space giving us a whole new ability to make wine in a new environment, set it up the way we wanted and with the equipment we felt was necessary to allow us to elevate our winemaking. With a new space, a renewed passion for making wine, a new brand was born. A brand that for me represents more of who I am, simple style, super fun and just a touch of elegance!
