"The 2023 Red is blend of 85% Syrah – de-stemmed for whole berry ferment, with 15% Pinot Noir that undergoes combination of whole bunch and whole-berry fermentations (70:30). All fruits undergo wild fermentation and is sourced from vineyards on the Limestone Coast area of South Australia. After blending it undergoes 10 months elevage on lees in neutral barrique. Resulting in a spicy, lightly structured, light-medium bodied blend of piquant freshness. Perfumed, lively summer fruits, fresh herbs, savoury spice and blue-flower lift." - Mr. West.
