A structured wine with fruity (raspberry) and spicy (cinnamon) aromas. Aging potential: 3 to 7 years / Serving temperature: 16°C / Analysis: Alcohol: 13.5% - Acidity: 3.72 - pH: 3.65 - Sulfites: 23. Harvest: carried out at night to take advantage of the most favorable temperatures (combating fruit oxidation). Vinification: frequent pump-overs during the first fermentation phase. Extraction of solids. Long pump-overs. Pressurized fermentation. Maceration for 3 weeks. Aging: in stainless steel tanks to emphasize the fruit and drinkability.

Domaine Kennel's red wine is an easy-drinking wine suitable for all occasions. It is an AOP Côtes de Provence and organically produced. The vines are situated on limestone, clay, and silt soils. The vineyard is slightly elevated on the plain at the foot of Pierrefeu-du-Var.
