In late 2021, Champagne André Beaufort family breakaway Amaury Beaufort released his first champagne under his own name, from a 0.88ha champagne parcel called Le Jardinot in Polisy. Many may know Amaury’s name not only for his work with the family Champagne house but also for his famed Les Larmes de Divona label based out of Tonnerre. Beaufort supplements his small production of “Le Jardinot” from this parcel with négociant purchases, including chardonnay from Chablis, and chardonnay and pinot noir from the Côte des Bar.
