Delicious!! This is pulpy, pure sparkling with wonderfully delicious fruit. The style of fruit and structure of this wine make it incredibly difficult to drink slowly. As is always the case with Jordi's sparkling wines, you have glorious, plush mediterranean fruit but never at the expense of freshness and acidity.
