Handpicked from the certified organic Windowrie Vineyard in Canowindra. This wine consists of a 50/50 blend of Verdelho & Chardonnay. The grapes were destemmed & skin-fermented together in stainless steel before being pressed & bottled to finish fermentation per the Pét Nat method. Bottled unfiltered, disgorged & without additions.

"This is our attempt at something close in experience to an Italian sparkling orange wine which we just LOVE to drink. 50/50 blend of verdelho and chardonnay fermented for 3 weeks on destemmed skins. A tannic frothy boy here with robust aromatics, it's super interesting and just a touch crazy. Like most zero/zero Italian orange wines: drink it cold, drink it fast" - Bob & Tom Colman
