Our Summer Flowers vermouth is made from 14 different flowers that have been wild picked or grown organically. These include marigolds, rose geranium, elderflowers and chamomile which are blended into our Moscato base wine. Infusions of ripe peaches, apricots and two varieties of wormwood round out this light, floral summery vermouth. ABV 16%. Vegan.
The seasonal vermouths from Dave Verheul's 'Saison' range need no introduction. Dave has been hand-making his fine, gastronomic vermouths for a few years now - initially in the kitchen of his Melbourne restaurant Embla, and more recently in his own vermouthery.
