Hand-made by Carlos Camarena, a third generation Tequilero, in partnership with the late, world-renowned tequila authority Tomas Estes. Ocho is the first “vintage” tequila to designate both the year it was produced and the precise field from which the familygrown agaves were sourced. Each batch comes from a different field or rancho, contributing to the distinctive characteristics of that place. Once that field’s agaves have been used, there can be no more tequila from that field for about eight years when the next crop of agaves matures.
