Red is our Australian take on a classic Italian Rosso. It’s hand built using 28 distinct botanicals including vanilla, saffron, rose, chinotto and liquorice - infused and blended with moscato and Shiraz. This vermouth is aged in an old pinot French oak solera system we started 18 months ago.
The seasonal vermouths from Dave Verheul's 'Saison' range need no introduction. Dave has been hand-making his fine, gastronomic vermouths for a few years now - initially in the kitchen of his Melbourne restaurant Embla, and more recently in his own vermouthery.
