Our premier white variety. Bone-dry, textural and super fragrant. A bit of an old school way of making it, using concrete and leaving the ferments to their own devises. Always full of citrusy aromas filled with white flowers and spice.
Bryan Martin had a very good year in 2023. After a few tough seasons, we say huzzah to that! Another cool year provided the perfect canvas for this talented grower’s fragrant, mid-weight and super-fresh style. Spring was wet, but warm, sunny conditions prevailed during harvest and Bryan saw a perfect run through ripening. The result? “The best quality fruit I’ve seen for the last three years,” he says.
