Jean-Marc Dreyer has been working biodynamically since 2003. He continues to challenge tradition and any vestige of Alsatian monotony with wines of immense character and purity. | This is direct press sylvaner with mineral intensity. Aged under flor, not topped, the resulting wine has developed a pleasant oxidative character. Drinking well now but will benefit from time. Very limited.
