2019 Baptiste Bertrand Pleine Tête Beaujolais-Villages

"Cousin of Yann Bertrand, Baptiste has been selling his grapes for a long time and decided to make his own wine in 2018. Organic, light extraction, super aromatic. I would say his wine has a similar style to Charnay but a touch more elegant. It can stand ground to cru wines." - Paul Hervy. A blend of fruit from Fleurie and Morgon. 8-10 days carbonic maceration, six months in tank and concrete. Juicy and perfumed, cherry ripe, strawberry jam, a little wild. Can also take a chill.
Varietal: Gamay.
Region: Beaujolais, FR.
Viticulture: Certified Organic.
