"Uva e basta" - 100% grape. Friends since they were three years old, Davide & Marco now tend to five hectares of vines 700m above sea level in the hills above Pescara, as well as two ½ hectare sites near the coast. 100% trebbiano. Hand harvested, destemmed, three week maceration with submerged cap, spontaneous fermentation in amphora, ten months on lees. Fuzzy peach, citrus zest, papaya and witbier. Lots of energy with plenty of character. Zero adds.
