Re by Giardino Winery is a red wine produced from the red local grape Aglianico, spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for 7 days and aging in wooden barrels for 7 months. The vines of Aglianico are on clay soil around Ariano Irpino and Montemarano at 700 meter above sea level. The bunches were destemmed. Savoury on the black fruit spectrum, herb and spice with elegant tannin perception.

Cantina Giardino seek out old vineyards in Irpinia, high in the hills of Campania, preserving and championing local varietals. High altitudes, volcanic soils, organic farming and honest winemaking, Antonio and Daniela's wines are expressive of terroir and speak of place.
