Started in 2014 by two mates super passionate about Georgia's winemaking heritage and traditions, using strictly indigenous varieties farmed organically, wild ferments and native qvevri (amphora or clay pots). This is 100% khikhvi on skins for six months, ten in qvevri. HUGE wine. Not for those simplying dipping their toes. Big stuff.
