Renowned importer and industry favourite Tim Stock also makes some seriously good wine. Working out of the Commune of Buttons shed in the Basket Range, Tim strives to produce savoury, terroir-driven wines that speak of place. "Two barrels of prime chardonnay sourced from 36 year old vines deep in the Piccadilly Valley. Direct pressed and fermented half way in tank before being run to well seasoned French hogsheads. Left on lees and racked just before the new vintage. Rested in tank for a month before bottling with minimal sulphites. Gentle, soft and pure – like a cuddle from Nan." - Tim Stock.
