l'Orée Délys is a vineyard located in the commune of Milly. The vine were planted in 1938. This vineyard sits next to 1er cru Les Lys and faces north. Traditional Chablis winemaking with 50% of the wine sitting on lees in oak of 8 to 20 years and 50% in stainless steel vats. Indigenous yeast fermentations.

Pascal was born and raised in the Chablis region where his family has owned a few vineyards for several generations. His passion for wine has followed him since his childhood until 2016 when he decided to market his own wine, pushed by his friend Patrick Piuze.
