Harvested in mid-October and fermented in concrete tanks. Grape varieties ferment seperate. Racked once and aged in same concrete tanks. Aged in bottle for 6 months.
Sàgona is located on the slopes of Pratomagno, in the province of Arezzo. 500 meters above sea level where the soil is primarily sand and clay, surrounded by dry stone walls and a narrow valley.
