Red Delicious apple. Earl Grey tea. Purple wine gums. An ethereal wine with intrigue and intent. Aromatic fruit on the front palate; the tannins elevate and drive the wine. A nebbiolo with incredible focus and finesse. Drinking well now but will reward cellaring.

"A wonderful juxtaposition here between nebbiolo florals, fruit and tannin/acidity. There's an imposing structural strength behind the delicacy of the florals and the concentration of fruit. It's early days, but the basis for an exciting, long-lived wine is here. Rose, anise, cranberry, cherry, dried flowers, earth and leaves introduce a wine that the longer it is open, the more it reveals layer upon layer of quiet intensity. Give it the time it needs."
