"Made from Sauvignon blanc and Semillon, this wine is made to be the slippery quinessential chilled quoer. Sauvignon blanc makes up 60% of the blend which is co-fermented and aged in tank for 8 months before being boittled and rested. Refreshment is at this wines core, but there are some textural components so dont be afraid to eat a little freshly caught tommy ru llets or some crab with this in hand. The grapes come from the organically farmed Magpie Springs vineyard that we have been working with for 7 years now and are growing a great relationship with. Sante."
