White noir - Pinot / Chardonnay. A wholebunch pressed wine from the amazing, alluvial soils of the Mangatahi terraces. Organic fruit has produced cherry, berry and red apple skin flavours. Sitting at just 10.5% alc it’s a savoury, dry style with a highly drinkable texture. Fully chill this one.
85% whole-bunch Mangatahi Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay from ancient river terraces of greywacke sandstone, volcanic ash and silt loams that hum with Kiwi tension. This low-sulphur skin-contact sensation is wild-fermented then rested in old puncheons for four months.
