Following the closure of the only bar\/cafe in their village, these three winemakers purchased a house in the village together with the intention of creating a bar. The visions shifted once the cafe reopened, but the idea of doing a project together to benefit the village remained. The house was repaired and now offers accommodations to families in need of housing. | This l'Ardeche Cidre is another of the groups' collaborations. Made with apples purchased from an organic grocer friend, predominantly non-sweet Ardeche apples. The cider was produced in Le Mazel's cellar. After fermentation, the bottles are stored at the \"Maison des Petits Projects\".
