The grapes were fermented with indigenous yeasts and underwent varying degrees of skin contact. The wine was aged in old oak barrels for 10 months prior to blending and bottling. It is unfiltered, unfined, and contains no added sulfur.
Style / Body: Light to medium-bodied, with a vibrant and aromatic profile.
Notes: The wine exhibits tropical aromas reminiscent of Thailand, with flavors of grapefruit and pawpaw. It offers a fresh and fruity palate, with a hint of earthy spice, delivering a sensation of “salivating sunshine.”
