Perhaps their Italian background, the elevation and the deft winemaking hands of Erin Pooley are what shines in this pristine white.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA pale clear white, it shows delicate floral and apple aromas and a perfectly pitched palate offering pear skin and crunchy apple flavours with fine, chalkdust acidity.
