More time to develop flavour I reckon. The majority of the fruit this year is from the organic and biodynamically farmed Ahrens\/Hilder old vineyard at Vine Vale with about 15% off the 60 year old Doecke vineyard in the Eden Valley.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAgain, it is medium weight, bustling with red fruit and spice notes. The structure this year perhaps a little finer and more velvety but still offering the balance of bright, juicy red fruits with concentration, length and approachability.
