It was left to mature for 12 months then racked with a small addition of SO2 and bottled unfiltered.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eXavier Goodridge crafts idiosyncratic expressions of Pinot Noir born on his organically farmed vineyard in Gippsland’s Maffra, the Gunaikurnai Country.
