Uninspired by the Bordeaux classifications of 1855 that still stands today. Bord-o breaks the constructs of tradition. A medium-bodied blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon from Orange and 50% Sauvignon Blanc from Tumbarumba. The wine is aged in old barrels for 18 months and bottled unfined, unfiltered and unsulfured.
Bord-o has trademark Cabernet cassis and leafiness without the oak influence. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with luscious fruit tannins that linger. It is delightfully easy to drink and can benefit from a light chill in the warmer months.
