Now in its eighth vintage, it continues to show the evolution of Cinsault in McLaren Vale.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fruit is hand-selected and fermented wild in open fermenters with a good proportion of whole bunch, before being gently basket pressed and matured for 10 months in seasoned French puncheons. The 2024 season brought challenges early, with wind and rain during flowering, followed by a dry and even finish that allowed for balanced ripening.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is a bright, finely structured red, showing black cherry, blood orange zest, ginger and white pepper, with a medium-bodied, vibrant palate and a clean, refreshing finish.
