Clotilde knew this place had potential because of the kimmeridgien limestone terroir usually reserved to higher level Chablis and 1er Cru. The only reason it's considered Petit Chablis is due to its northern exposition, however full ripening is not an issue these days! This is truly a unique flavourful Petit Chablis amongst the very best at this level. On lees until bottling.
