These two vineyards are the last harvested at both wineries from the Piccadilly Valley, and it seemed most appropriate to combine what we picked and have a nice family lunch. After two weeks of tasting and daily foot-stomping, the wine was basket pressed to two neutral French oak barrels, followed by lunch. The wine was in oak for 13 months before being bottled, followed by another great lunch.
