This stunning hand harvested Chenin Blanc from the Pinelli Vineyard in Swan Valley is gently whole-bunch pressed to large format oak, Italian amphora pots and tanks. Battonaged for a month to help natural malo, our Yokel Chenin Blanc is then simply racked to blend then bottle.
Lemon barley, lots of stone fruit, light notes of nectarine and some pithy grip.
Yokel range is named after and raising funds for the endangered Western Swamp Tortoise, native to the Swan River region.
