Beechworth Bitters is the brainchild of chef Michael Ryan (Provenance) built from a library of 120 botanicals championing the local area. This is The Daisy Age. "A floral bouquet of 15 different flowers, including daisy, violet, magnolia, saffron, jasmine, lavender and elderflower, accented with beeswax. Bitterness comes from dandelion and artichoke, balanced with the sweetness of local Beechworth honey."
