We wanted a sub 7% westy to break up the lagers (considering the time of year). Dip hopped with Yakima Chiefs flowable Citra whirlpool extract, YCH702, then dry hopped with Chinook and Waimea. Think layers of citrus and dank pine in a super crisp, dry and bitter WCIPA.
