100% pinot noir, semi-carbonic, the whole bunches were poured into the concrete tanks, the first half was pressed with the feet, the second filled with the whole bunches, hermetically sealed for a week. Once pressed, they have completed fermentation and aging in amphora. Unfined, unfiltered, zero adds.
"Uva e basta" - 100% grape. Friends since they were three years old, Davide & Marco now tend to five hectares of vines 700m above sea level in the hills above Pescara, as well as two ½ hectare sites near the coast.
